Uncheck for a purely mechanical product. The board rules will report as not-applicable instead of failing.

Layer count, finished thickness, and what each layer carries. Left blank, each supplier assumes a different one and quotes a different price.

Naming an acceptable equivalent is fine, and usually cheaper than naming one laminate.

A waiver is a decision and counts as answered. Silence is not.
